Rotakids
Rotakids is an exciting way for those 12 years and under to lead and engage in important activities that will make a positive difference in their school, in their local community and globally. The Year 5 students participate in weekly Rotakids sessions, sponsored by the Rotary Gladstone Sunrise Club.
Lego Robotics
Lego Robotics is an engaging, hands-on program for students to explore core STEM concepts and link them to real-life phenomenon. Students problem-solve and discover how science, technology, engineering and maths affects their everyday life.
Students build, program and control Lego Robots in weekly sessions currently offered to upper primary students.
Art Therapy
Small groups of students participate in Art Therapy sessions each week. Art is used as an outlet for students' creative self expression while addressing their self confidence and social/emotional well being.
Gardening
A keen group of students regularly contribute to the beautification and upkeep of the school grounds. The aim of this program is encourage teamwork, individual responsibility and a commitment to success.
